Supposed to get my broadband moved with my house move. Told it would go live on 25th March. It still isn't live and I cant contact Talktalk Service Status "due to Covid19" they have closed down their communication channels and made it impossible to contact them via phone, email, or live chat. Why? Why are they even called Talk Talk when you can TalkTalk with them? Irony or what. I work with vulnerable young people and am currently working from home so I need the internet desperately.

If you are a Talk Talk voicemail plus customer you can also access your voicemail from another phone. Before accessing your saved or upcoming voice messages from a different device, you have to set a Pin Number.
I can feel your touch to extend the ring time for the TalkTalk Voicemail. By default, the ring time frame is 21 seconds (approx 7 rings) before a person can leave a voice message.

Newton What an absolute Joke I moved home on 31st March and suppose to get a line fitted on 3rd April.
Only for them to change the appointment without me knowing and after booking a day of work. I then booked another engineer to come on 19.05.17 but they did the same again and changed it to the "am" slot.
When I made it clear it at to be a "PM" slot I then phoned to rearrange and was changed to 22.05.17 PM but yet still received text and calls to confirm the appointment for 19.05.17.
So every day for 7 days I spoke to someone to confirm my appointment had been changed to 22.05.17 PM only to then have an engineer turn up on 19.05.17.
luckily sum1 was in he carried out the work and I phoned TalkTalk twice to tell them but then received a bill for a missed engineers appointment for the 22.05.17.
I called yesterday and was on the phone for 1 hour and 44 minutes passed to 4 different people who couldn't speak nor understand 1 word of English to be told that I have to pay it as I booked the appointment.
Regardless that it wasn't my fault, and called twice to confirm the appointment for 22.05.17 was canceled after confirming for 7 days on the run that my appointment was changed but they still sent an engineer anyway.
I have now been told they will contact me this morning but had no call so I have canceled my direct debit as I will not be paying the charge which was no my fault ontop of that I have sought legal advice regarding canceling my contract and not paying the cancellation fee of £150.
